Inkdrop Returns and Refunds

Custom-printed items are made to order. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available.

1. Custom Items

Because every Inkdrop product is printed for a specific order, returns for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes are not generally accepted. Please review the size guide before ordering.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Use the Contact Us form and include your order number. We try to respond within two business days.
