1. Designated Copyright Agent

Inkdrop's designated DMCA agent will be listed here once counsel has registered the agent with the US Copyright Office. Until then, please use the contact form to submit notices and we will route them to the agent.

Placeholder. Agent name, mailing address, email, and phone will appear in this section.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe content available through Inkdrop infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice with the elements required under 17 USC §512(c)(3):

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on Inkdrop;
  • your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice meeting the requirements of 17 USC §512(g)(3). Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
