We do not intentionally send your design prompts, uploaded photos, payment credentials, or form fields to Meta.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent, though some parts of the service may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Connected Chat Apps

When you connect ChatGPT or Claude, Inkdrop stores the permissions you grant and encrypted sign-in credentials for up to 30 days. You can disconnect individual connections under Account → Connected apps. Disconnecting prevents future access but does not delete previews or copies already held by your chat provider.

To restore your product card and continue an artwork edit, Inkdrop keeps your selected product options, preview and operation references, and the edit instructions you submit for up to 24 hours. We also keep temporary chat-provider image references and image-content fingerprints for up to 24 hours after import so we can identify the original artwork. These records are limited to your connected account; we do not collect the rest of your conversation.

Inkdrop returns the product information, artwork and preview links, and request status needed for the actions you ask your chat provider to perform. If you grant identity permissions when connecting, Inkdrop can share your email address and its verification status with the chat provider to support organization account-linking restrictions. We do not share your sign-in credentials with chat widgets or conversation messages.

Artwork imports are owner-bound and expire after 14 days when unused. Rendering creates unlisted media: anyone with an artwork or mockup URL can view that image. Preview records stay outside the public feed unless you choose to publish them. Created previews remain in your account until you remove them; deletion does not immediately erase cached or downloaded media copies.

Inkdrop retains creation inputs, operation receipts and billing records needed to create previews, recover requests and prevent duplicate charges. We do not copy chat transcripts or maintain a mirror of conversation history. Each chat provider applies its own retention policy to conversations and tool results. Operational service logs are retained for 30 days.
