Inkdrop Content and Design Policy

This policy governs prompts, uploads, generated designs, remixed designs, previews, public previews, and orders created through Inkdrop.

1. Scope

This Content and Design Policy applies to all prompts, uploaded files, generated designs, remixed designs, mockups, previews, published previews, and orders created or submitted through Inkdrop.

Inkdrop uses third-party fulfillment and AI providers. Because of that, content submitted through Inkdrop must comply with:

  • applicable law;
  • this Content and Design Policy;
  • Inkdrop Terms for User Content and AI-Assisted Design;
  • the rules of our fulfillment and infrastructure providers.
If multiple rules apply, the stricter rule controls.

2. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, generate, remix, publish, share, or order through Inkdrop, including:

  • text prompts;
  • uploaded design files;
  • third-party files obtained outside Inkdrop;
  • AI-generated outputs;
  • remixed or edited outputs;
  • publicly visible previews;
  • products ordered using your own previews or publicly available previews.
By using Inkdrop, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authority needed to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, offer for sale, and fulfill the content you submit through the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Inkdrop to create, upload, publish, order, or distribute content that:

  • promotes, glorifies, or incites hate, harassment, discrimination, terrorism, or violence;
  • is illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or connected to unlawful conduct;
  • infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, right of publicity, privacy right, or other intellectual property or proprietary right;
  • uses brand logos, team marks, character art, celebrity likenesses, copyrighted artwork, or other protected material without authorization;
  • requests or depicts counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas;
  • is submitted in a way that violates the policies of our fulfillment or service providers.
Public availability on the internet does not mean content is free to use. A file found on social media, a marketplace, a search engine, a stock website, or another design tool may still be protected and may not be uploaded, sold, or fulfilled through Inkdrop without proper rights.

4. Prompt-Based AI Design Rules

Inkdrop may use automated systems to enhance prompts, generate artwork, and block content that appears to violate policy. These checks are risk controls only. They do not guarantee that any prompt or output is lawful, non-infringing, or safe to use commercially.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output before using, publishing, or ordering it.

You may not use Inkdrop's AI-assisted design features to:

  • generate infringing brand, logo, franchise, character, or celebrity-based content without rights;
  • create hateful, violent, extremist, or illegal designs;
  • create counterfeit or deceptive merchandise;
  • misrepresent AI-generated content as a real-world photograph or other factual depiction where that would be misleading or unlawful.

5. Uploaded Files from Other Sources

Files uploaded from outside Inkdrop are submitted at your own risk.

This includes files obtained from:

  • freelance designers;
  • friends, customers, or collaborators;
  • stock libraries;
  • generative AI tools;
  • social platforms;
  • marketplaces;
  • search results;
  • screenshot or scan sources;
  • any other third-party website, tool, or repository.
Inkdrop does not create, own, verify, endorse, or approve such files merely because they are uploaded to the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inkdrop is not responsible for the legality, ownership, originality, accuracy, printability, transparency, background removal, resolution, color fidelity, spelling, technical quality, or commercial suitability of design files uploaded from external sources. The uploader, publisher, and purchaser remain solely responsible for independently confirming that externally sourced files are lawful to use, do not infringe third-party rights, are technically suitable for production, match the intended product and audience, and are appropriate for sale, publication, and fulfillment.

6. Public Previews and Orders

A preview being visible on Inkdrop does not mean:

  • Inkdrop owns the design;
  • rights have been cleared;
  • the design is non-infringing;
  • the design is approved for every use case;
  • the design is guaranteed to be printable or fulfillable.
If you order your own preview or any publicly available preview, you are solely responsible for verifying that the design may lawfully be used, sold, and fulfilled for your intended purpose. Inkdrop may block, remove, disable, unpublish, refuse to fulfill, cancel, or restrict previews, designs, and orders if we believe the content may violate law, third-party rights, this policy, or provider requirements.

7. Review, Removal, and Enforcement

Inkdrop may, but is not obligated to:

  • review prompts, uploads, previews, and published content;
  • block or refuse generation;
  • remove or disable access to content;
  • suspend publication or ordering access;
  • cancel or refuse fulfillment;
  • cooperate with valid legal complaints, takedown notices, or rights-holder requests.
Inkdrop may take action before or after generation, publication, or ordering.

8. Repeat or Serious Violations

Inkdrop may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for users or accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate this policy.

9. Reporting and Contact

If you believe content on Inkdrop infringes your rights or violates this policy, you should report it through Inkdrop support or the applicable legal/contact channel designated by Inkdrop.

10. Policy Updates

Inkdrop may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
